At Ares Strength & Performance, we do athlete training differently.
Most programs pack athletes into large, generic group sessions where everyone follows the same cookie-cutter plan. That might check the box for “training,” but it doesn’t actually develop the athlete.
Our Semi-Private Strength & Conditioning program combines the best of private coaching with the energy of a small group. With 3 athletes per session, every program is customized to your sport, season, and goals. You’re coached through a structured plan built for your body, your timeline, and your next level of performance.
Led by Coach Kyle Bythrow, CSCS, our team focuses on long-term athletic development — not quick fixes. Every session is guided, coached, and corrected in real time. You’ll train with purpose, stay accountable, and gain the confidence that comes from knowing your training is done right.
